The news that Julio Torres’s off-Broadway show Color Theories is coming to HBO as a special couldn’t have come at a better time. I couldn’t stop whining that I wasn’t able to see it in real life, and now that my chance is coming I’ll have so much time free for color theory research of my own.
While there are some shade combos that will always be famous when cold weather rolls around—think red and green, black and black, and animal print and anything—we’re ready to mix it up a little bit this fall.
